At the school’s table tennis training hall, the attendees immersed themselves in China’s profound ping-pong culture. A host of handicrafts, redesigned from broken table tennis balls by the school students and teachers, were quite eye-catching.

From April 9 to 16, the Seamaster 23rd ITTF Asian Championships, a high-level event assembling 248 athletes from 29 Asian countries and regions, is also taking place at the Wuxi Stadium. The event includes men’s and women’s singles, doubles, mixed doubles, and team events. The Chinese national team has achieved outstanding results so far.
