National automation education conference opens in Nanjing

The three-day event also included an informative integration of keynote speeches, parallel sessions and thematic forums. For instance, Professor Wu Cheng from Tsinghua University shared his insights on how artificial intelligence can fuel the development of the automation industry.
With the aim of propelling automation education at the ground level, the participants exchanged ideas on various topics, which ranged from talent cultivation and online course offering to educational resources sharing.
They also made field trips to leading schools of Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and Nanjing Institute of Technology, as well as the Nanjing Estun Automation Co, a major manufacturing core enterprise controlling parts for high-end intelligent equipment.
