The program so far has proved so successful in producing positive results for both students and the company that Nanjing Polytechnic Institute plans to expand the program.
The school has received excellent feedback from the students, who described their jobs as highly consistent with their majors.
This is a testament to the care the university and Delong took when designing the program, which was only targeted at students on marketing, chemical engineering, electromechanical integration technologies and electromechanical device management majors.
For Delong, the influx of talented Indonesian graduates who are also fluent in Chinese and familiar with Chinese working culture has also been of immense value.
“As an Indonesian, Narulita has a solid academic background and excellent language proficiency. She is the ideal person our company has always been looking for,” said Zhou Yuan, a head officer at Delong.
