3. Jiangsu strengthens K-12 moral education
Jiangsu launched a provincial campaign in March 2017 to speed up the character and moral education for primary and secondary school students.
According to the program, from 2016 to 2020, the Jiangsu provincial departments of education and finance will offer 10 million yuan every year to help about 50 local primary and secondary schools strengthen their moral education.
