An exhibition focusing on educational development and intelligent equipment commenced in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu province, on Sept 19.
More than 200 domestic companies attended the event and brought in a variety of high-tech applications concerning artificial intelligence, internet of things, and virtual and augmented reality.
The futuristic devices were developed with the aim of promoting better fusion between educational theories and practices, and cultivating more qualified professionals and generalists.
Parallel sessions were held on the sidelines, such as a discussion on the creative planning of campuses, a forum setting sights on the development of smart libraries, and a seminar gathering principals from primary and middle schools focusing on information technology education.
