Jiangsu and Essex have built friendly ties for 30 years and we can cooperate on developing rural areas, which Essex is good at, as it is also famous for its idyllic landscape. We can integrate our urban and rural resources and promote further cooperation.
We have worked on a plan engaging Jiangsu and six British counties since 2018. We hope to sign a memorandum of cooperation in 2020 and strengthen our connections in science and technology, business and trade, healthcare and education.
