The research and development institute affiliated with Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing and Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology recently announced to cooperate on a new scheme to jointly bring in, cultivate and employ high-end talents, local media reported.
A pioneering step set by government-supported research enterprises and local higher learning institutions, the scheme aims to encourage and allow high-end talents to play their part in both places and infuse new momentum into scientific research and student teaching.
Sharing platforms of scientific resources, hubs of research talents, and innovative and entrepreneurial platforms for college students will be established to further facilitate the scheme.
