Jiangsu opens online job fair for HK, Macao college graduates

An online job fair connecting some 30 Jiangsu enterprises and over 200 postgraduate and doctoral students from Hong Kong and Macao opened in Suzhou, Jiangsu province on Aug 25, local media reported.
Research institutes and global top 500 enterprises such as Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hengli Group and Ecovacs offered more than 100 competitive jobs to students from some 10 prestigious schools including the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Macao.

Statistics show that in 2019, the trade volume from Suzhou to Hong Kong and Macao reached $15 billion and the investment from Hong Kong and Macao in actual use was $2.2 billion. The three sides enjoyed close partnership in talent cultivation, scientific innovation and cultural exchanges in recent years.
