The second Zijin Award College Student Design Exhibition was held in Nanjing, capital of East China's Jiangsu province, from Nov 12 to 15.

Over 30,000 designs created by students from 150 domestic universities and colleges were displayed in the 21,000-square-meter exhibition area.

The exhibits consisted of artworks in the fields of visual communication design, architecture and environmental design, product design, clothing and costume design, public art, arts and crafts, and digital media art.

The opening ceremony saw the launch of the "Most Popular Award" and "Best Exhibit Award" and presented a large number of inspiring creative works.

Several cultural and creative exhibits were promoted at the event which sought to integrate art design education with related industries. An employment guidance center was also set up, giving art graduates the chance to have face-to-face interactions with nearly 100 enterprises. Teachers from renowned schools such as Tsinghua University and Southeast University also offered employment guidance to students through live-streams.
