Kindergarten children learn traditional Minor Cold customs

Children share a bite of Laba Congee in Rugao, Jiangsu province on Jan 5. The traditional food is made from 20 kinds of nuts, cereals, and dried fruits. Chinese people usually cook the congee a day beforehand, as after one night of slow simmering, all the ingredients will melt into the congee and result in a warm delicacy suitable for cold days.
