African student holds art exhibition in Nantong

Vincent Mensah, a student at the School of Art at Nantong University in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province is currently displaying his traditional Chinese paintings at the school gallery.

He is the first international student at NTU to hold a solo exhibition.

The young Ghanaian artist has been studying for a master's degree in art since September 2018. 

The exhibition features about 30 ink wash paintings that he produced over the past year. Divided into six categories, the works reflect his unique understanding of traditional Chinese paintings and culture.
