To commemorate the 2572nd anniversary of the birth of the ancient Chinese sage Confucius, students at a primary school in Suzhou, Jiangsu province held a special school-entrance ceremony on Sept 28.

While wearing traditional costumes, they expressed respect for Confucius after finishing the ancient-style ceremony.
