Jiangnan University opens food science history museum

Jiangnan University in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province recently opened a food science history museum to showcase its achievements in developing the discipline.
The museum has five exhibition halls featuring development history, talent education, international exchanges, scientific research, and future prospects. More than 300 items are displayed, including publications and patent awards. Videos and interactive devices have also been used to show the school's contributions to the food industry over the past few decades.
The museum is expected to promote innovation in food science and spread Chinese food culture.
Over 500 students, teachers, and business experts visited the museum during its trial operation period.
