The education sector in East China's Jiangsu province has spared no effort to prevent and control the COVID-19, especially when there are newly-confirmed cases.

Teachers and students are required to stay put unless they absolutely must to travel to other cities. They are also advised to wash hands often and always wear masks in public. It is strongly advised that gatherings be avoided and events such as meetings and training sessions should be held online whenever possible.

In addition, only authorized individuals are allowed to enter campus facilities.

Many schools in the province sent delegates to the front line of the COVID-19 outbreak to help combat the epidemic.
