The Jiangyan District Experimental Primary School in Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, has been working with parents to design various classes.
Gao Jinfeng, the principal of the school, said 36 classes have already been developed in collaboration with parents. These classes have been attended by more than 2,500 students.
This collaboration has provided more optional courses for students and ease the school's shortage of staff, said Gao.
The principal added that this practice will be recommended to other schools in the future.
