The Jiangsu provincial departments of education and human resources and social security will hold a series of on-campus job fairs at 20 universities from Feb 26 to March 5.

The universities include Nanjing University, China University of Mining and Technology, Soochow University, and Yangzhou University. More than 100,000 jobs will be offered by about 4,000 companies during the week-long job fairs, according to a director at the province's college student enrollment and employment services center.

A schedule of the job fairs can be found on the Jiangsu 24365 College Student Employment Service Platform (www.m.91job.org.cn) and "Work in Jiangsu" smart service platform (www.js365job.com/recruitment/home). Companies can reserve booths and post jobs, while students can apply for jobs through the platforms.

Special job fairs exclusive to female graduates and graduates with student loans will also be held. Participants of the job fairs will also have access to policy and career guidance services.

Jiangsu has also arranged for its universities to hold online job fairs. The Jiangsu 24365 College Student Employment Service Platform launched an online fair on Feb 1 and more than 800 employers had offered 46,000 jobs as of Feb 13.

Jiangsu's universities also held 73 online job fairs during the winter holiday. Officials from Soochow University even visited several companies to explore more job opportunities.
