Serbian, Yangzhou universities to strengthen cooperation

A delegation of the Nikola Tesla University Union in Serbia visited Yangzhou University in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province on May 11.
During the visit, Jiao Xin'an, Party secretary of Yangzhou University, expressed his hope to strengthen cooperation in teaching and international exchanges between the two universities. He said the two sides should leverage their respective strengths to implement joint music education programs.
Vladimir Tomasevic, head of the Serbian university, praised the achievements of Yangzhou University and presented accomplishments his university has made in talent cultivation and international collaboration.
The two universities also organized the China-Serbia International Innovation Forum for Vocal and Piano Courses. The forum focused on topics such as music talent cultivation and artistic exchanges among teachers and students. A concert was also featured.
The forum is part of a series of activities held by Yangzhou University to promote cooperation with universities from countries along the Belt and Road in talent education, teaching, research, industry-academia integration, and cultural exchanges.
