First international pharmacy graduate academic forum in Nanjing promotes global exchange

The inaugural International Postgraduate Academic Forum on Pharmaceutical Science, organized by the Association of Chinese Graduate Education and China Pharmaceutical University, convened in Nanjing on Oct 14.
The event brought together over 600 experts and graduate students from more than 150 universities and research institutions worldwide, including the University of Michigan in the United States, the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, Monash University in Australia, the National University of Singapore, and Peking University in China.
The forum focused on critical issues such as education of high-level talents in pharmacy. During the main forum, prominent figures in the field, including Vicki Ellingrod, dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan and Wu Zhaoqiu, vice-dean of the School of Pharmacy at China Pharmaceutical University, delivered keynote speeches.
Five parallel sub-forums took place on the same day, focusing on topics such as innovative drug design and process optimization, pharmaceutical analysis techniques and precision dedication, pharmaceutical management and pharmacoeconomics.
The forum received more than 770 submissions, with 138 abstracts, 65 academic posters, and 21 oral presentations recognized for their excellence.
