On Oct 24, a group of foreign journalists explored the School of Tourism and Culinary Arts at Yangzhou University in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province.

During their visit, the journalists watched a live teaching session where the school's teachers shared their expertise in creating traditional Chinese dishes such as meatballs, including beef meatballs and fish meatballs.

Fan Haoran, a teacher at the school, also gave a cooking demonstration where he guided the students through the process of preparing stir-fried pork with green peppers. The foreign journalists were delighted about the chance to participate in the cooking class and savor traditional Chinese cuisine.
