Nanjing hosts exchange event to boost cross-border e-commerce

Nanjing Jiangbei New Area held an exchange event on March 27 to promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce, attracting experts, scholars, business representatives, and international students.
The second Jiangsu "Silk Road E-Commerce" Innovation Challenge for international university students was launched during the event. Over 10 universities, including Nanjing University and Southeast University, will partner with businesses to drive industrial growth through the competition.

A campus-industry matchmaking event for international students was held on the same day. More than 700 international students from overseas education colleges attended, seeking career opportunities with local companies.
"I hope to join your company and help you expand trade in my home country," said a South American student at the booth of a high-tech new materials company looking to hire students from South American countries to support its overseas market expansion.
