The event began with a visit to the company's workshop, where participants witnessed the traditional, time-honored techniques of Chinese liquor-making. From rice soaking and steaming to fermentation and sealing, each step showcased the patience and skill of local artisans.
Led by Jiang Jumei, the company's general manager, guests also tried their hand at brewing sweet fermented rice. Meanwhile, creative treats such as osmanthus rice wine milk tea, glutinous rice balls in wine, and decorative steamed buns delighted participants with their unique flavors and cultural fusion.
