Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute launches new platform for China-Indonesia vocational education cooperation

Ni Yonghong, Party secretary of Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute, attended a networking event in Shanghai on Jan 8, where he held in-depth discussions with Berlianto Situngkir, consul general of Indonesia in Shanghai, and Yudil Chatim, education and cultural counsellor of the embassy of Indonesia in China.
The exchanges focused on expanding cooperation in vocational education between China and Indonesia.
During the event, the Indonesia-Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute (Yangzhou) project was unveiled. The new institute marks another concrete step forward in vocational education collaboration between the two sides.

YPI plans to leverage the new institute to cultivate more internationally oriented skilled professionals, injecting fresh momentum into bilateral educational and industrial links.
