Several international students from Indonesia joined a warm and immersive culinary experience at a vegetarian restaurant in Nantong on Jan 20, where they learned how to make traditional Chinese dumplings and spring rolls.

Under the guidance of experienced chefs, the students practiced wrapping dumplings and making spring rolls, while learning how vegetarian ingredients are used to recreate classic Chinese flavors.
