International student named promotion officer by Xuzhou communication center

Xuzhou, Jiangsu, recently unveiled its International Communication Center, with Johnson Clarence Seedorf, a Liberian student at Jiangsu Normal University, named among the city's first group of overseas promotion officers.
At the unveiling ceremony, appointment letters were presented to five representatives from different fields. Seedorf's selection highlighted the growing role of international students in promoting cultural exchange and helping tell local stories to global audiences.
Speaking at the event, Seedorf shared his experience of studying and living in Xuzhou. "The city is not only rich in history and culture, but also full of warm and friendly people," he said.
He noted that he hopes to use his personal experiences in Xuzhou to share the city's charm with more people abroad and help them gain a more authentic understanding of life in China.
