A group of international students studying at Jiangsu College of Tourism in Yangzhou are supporters of the Yangzhou team in the ongoing 2026 Jiangsu Football City League, bringing a global flavor to the local soccer scene.

The four students are first- and second-year students who share a strong passion for soccer and are preparing to attend matches this season to cheer for their adopted hometown team.

Students from countries and regions along the Belt and Road, including Russia, Tajikistan, Indonesia and Azerbaijan, have been living in Yangzhou for nearly a year. During their time in the city, they have been studying, adapting to local life, and building a deeper connection with Chinese culture through daily interactions and shared interests, such as sports.
