Jiangsu University launches 2026 international summer school

Jiangsu University recently launched its 2026 international summer school program, welcoming 17 faculty members and students from Northern Arizona University in the United States for a one-month academic and cultural exchange centered on "Language and Business Marketing".
At the opening ceremony, Jiangsu University extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and introduced the university's academic heritage, disciplinary strengths and international education initiatives. The university highlighted its advantages in attracting international students and encouraged participants to fully engage in campus life and local experiences, gaining first-hand insights into China.
Representatives from Northern Arizona University noted that the program provides a valuable platform for students to understand better China's higher education system, local industry development and traditional culture. They hoped participants would broaden their global perspectives and develop a more comprehensive understanding of contemporary China.
During the program, participants are expected to undertake structured coursework in Chinese language, cross-border e-commerce and new media operations. They will also visit enterprises, including BAIC BluePark Magna Automobile and Cosunter Zhongxing Pharmaceutical (Jiangsu) for industry research, as well as field trips to cultural sites such as the Pearl S. Buck Memorial Hall and the China Vinegar Culture Museum.
To ensure effective learning outcomes, the teaching team plans to implement differentiated instruction based on participants' Chinese proficiency levels, improving their communication skills to support subsequent academic and fieldwork activities.
