Yan Conghua, head of the math scoring team, illustrated the eight different ways to solve the solid geometrical question in the paper.

“We have divided each solution into various scoring points, making sure every question is graded exactly,” Yan said.

The students and parents were deeply impressed by the earnest and rigorous grading work.

Xiao Yao, a visiting student who also sat this year’s exams, said he is greatly comforted by the visit. “I’m confident about the scoring and my scores,” Xiao said.
