Think a university admission letter is just a piece of information paper?
In a bid to lure China's best and brightest, universities are presenting specially-designed admission letters.
The college of Agriculture, Yangzhou University, sent out bags of seeds with its admission letters, aiming to let its freshmen get a taste of their chosen career even before they start class.
Eight kinds of plant seeds which are used in experiments, were packed into small bags. Each student received three randomly selected bags.
Students can plant the seeds and record the process of their growth. When the semester starts, they can enter their record books into a competition to win gifts from the university.
