Huaian school puts on feast of ethnic dishes

A mouth-watering feast integrating traditional dishes from 11 ethnic groups in China was on display at the Huaian Vocational College of Information Technology in Jiangsu province on May 23.
A total of 22 dishes were presented by the Yi, Bouyei, Miao, Tujia, Tibetan and Dong peoples, including sweet glutinous rice cake, milk-flavored round biscuits, noodle slices and steamed chicken.
